Odd behavior after enabling Query Logging
I'm writing entries into my /system/etc/hosts file to block ads. I'd been using 'adb logcat -D -v long > c:\test\logcat.log', then perusing the logs for relevant domains, but I hit upon the idea to enable Query Logging in Nebulo, export the CSV file to /sdcard, adb pull it to the computer, then use TextPad and LibreOffice Calc to format the data. Worked great.
I rebooted so the updater script on my computer could update the phone's hosts file, and when I rebooted, Nebulo wouldn't transit any data.
The notification shows "0 Apps are exluded from DoH/DoT"... it's supposed to be 2 apps. Going into the settings shows Nebulo and Google Play Store are excluded.
I went into Settings and disabled Query Logging, but as soon as I did so, it jumped out of Settings and back to the main screen... it hadn't done that when I enabled Query Logging, but it does it now for any change I make in Settings.
And it still doesn't transit any data.
Is Nebulo looking for any external domains (other than the DNS server... I've got DoH, Quad9 set up in Nebulo) so it can transit data? I just put advertising domains in my hosts, but maybe I put something Nebulo needs to connect to and didn't realize it.
Is Nebulo reading the hosts file? Perhaps it's looking for a specific format that I didn't set up... I've got:
at the head of the hosts file with ad server domains below.
The log file looks normal, no errors or anything that I can see. 16_05_2019___21_04_04.log
