PIN protection does not work correctly if PIN starts with Zero

E.g if Pin set as 012340. It is displayed in view as 12340, but change pin dialog shows it as 012340. While using it at Start/Stop of App, 12340 pass, but 012340 fails. PFA Screenshots & Screen Recording, (attaching zip due to workplace restriction)
