Add more options to configure crash reporting

From #178 (closed):

Currently Sentry always sends crash reports, but only with very minimal data if not explictly enabled. The setting however doesn't reflect the current state and should be changed to allow full/minimal/off - maybe a prompt option later on. Default should be minimal.
