Restart the VPN when the screen is turned on

Some devices seem to disable WIFI after some time when the screen is turned off and the app doesn't manage to recover properly when it is turned back on. If the screen has been turned off for at least 60 seconds the vpn should restart, if it was active before.

User feedback is crucial here on whether this actually fixes the problem
