Detect when the system kills the app

By setting a flag when the vpn is launched and resetting it when it is stopped gracefully (either by the system which allows us to restart or by the user) it can be detected whether the system pulled the app from the memory. The first time this happens a dialog should be shown explaining what can be done against it
