Input hostnames as DNS Servers

My scenario: I have pi-hole on my home router, and want to add it as DNS server in DnsChanger. My home router IP is always changing, so I use dynamic dns to have myrouter.dyndns.com pointing to the up to date router IP.

Being able to input DNS servers as hostnames in DnsChanger would make this scenario work.
