Service looks broken after disabling and following enabling the functionality.

I can't say, what is broken, but if you disable the functionality and enable it again, the start button is enabled but a push cases following:

  1. The button becomes green for a short period (maybe not visible) and switches back to the start button (looks like service is not running)
  2. A notification popes up looking like this:
